2. Second skill-Xingyue

When activated, Chang‘e summons Xingyue, providing her with a permanent shield and additional movement speed until the shield is broken.

Each time she uses an ability, she temporarily increases her movement speed, gradually decreasing it over a few seconds.

Xingyue not only enhances Chang‘e’s abilities, but also enhances her ability to deal extra magic damage with her normal attacks.
