Passive – Wasteland Force:

If Franco does not take any damage for a few seconds, he will gain additional movement speed and gradually restore a percentage of his maximum health per second.
At the same time, he will start accumulating Wasteland Force stacks, up to a certain limit.

These Wasteland Force stacks will be consumed when he uses his next skill, increasing the damage dealt by the skill.
However, the stacks will not be used up if he doesn’t hit any enemies or jungle creeps.

Additionally, if Franco’s damage is absorbed by a shield, the Wasteland Force stacks will not be reset.

This passive ability allows Franco to move quickly around the map, making him an effective ganker.
