Brand is an excellent support champion, especially in the early game. With his exceptional poking abilities in the bot lane, he has the potential to turn the tide of a fight single-handedly. Although Brand was originally played in the mid lane, he is now commonly seen in the support role.

Comparatively easier to learn as a damage-focused support, and in Patch 12.15, we consider him to be a strong pick. His low pick rate of 2.9% and an even lower ban rate of 1.4% indicate that he is not frequently banned, making him an ideal champion to specialize in.

1.Passive – Blaze

Brand‘s abilities have the power to ignite his targets, causing them to suffer 2% of their maximum health as magic damage over a duration of 3.25 seconds.

When Brand successfully eliminates a unit that is ablaze, he is granted a mana restoration of 30-50 (depending on his level). The ablaze effect can accumulate up to a maximum of 3 times.

Once a champion or a large monster in the jungle reaches the maximum 3 stacks, the ablaze effect will detonate after a period of 2 seconds. This explosion inflicts magic damage of 9-13% of the target’s maximum health to nearby enemies (depending on the level of Brand).

2.Sear

When Brand uses this ability, he launches a fireball that deals magic damage to the first enemy it hits. The amount of damage increases as Brand levels up this ability. If the target is already affected by Brand‘s passive ability called Ablaze, they will be stunned for 1.5 seconds.

3.Pillar of Flame

When Brand uses this ability, he creates a pillar of pure fire that deals magic damage to nearby enemies. The amount of damage increases as Brand levels up this ability. If the enemies are already affected by Ablaze, they will take additional magic damage.

4.Conflagration

When Brand uses this ability, he conjures a powerful blast at his target, dealing magic damage to surrounding units. The amount of damage increases as Brand levels up this ability. If the target is already affected by Ablaze, the blast will also damage nearby units within double the normal range.

5.Pyroclasm

When Brand uses this ability, he unleashes a devastating torrent of fire that can bounce between enemies or even bounce back to Brand himself. Each bounce deals magic damage to the enemies it hits.
The amount of damage increases as Brand levels up this ability. The ability prioritizes bouncing to enemies with the Ablaze effect to maximize damage. If the target is already affected by Ablaze, they will also be briefly slowed.

Overall, Brand‘s abilities are all fire-themed and deal magic damage to his enemies. Using his abilities strategically, Brand can maximize his damage output and control the battlefield.

Runes for Brand in Wild Rift:

1. Aery is the safest rune choice for Brand. It will increase your poke damage and if you are close enough to enemies and you chained two or more abilities, you will be able to proc Aery twice. Electrocute is the better rune choice if you are playing Brand as a burst damage mage.

2. Brutal’s flat AP and magic penetration bonus is great for early game harassing so you can build your lead and pressure the enemy from the get-go.

3. Bone Plating will help you survive against flankers as you will always be a target for assassinations because of Brand’s high damage potential and his innate immobility.

4. Hunter – Genius grants bonus ability haste with each unique takedown. Brand doesn’t really stack much ability haste from items so this rune will give more for each takedown. If you have trouble managing Brand’s mana in the early game, get Manaflow Band instead.

In the late game Brand is a scary force that no one wants to deal with! All of his abilities (especially the ultimate) deal great amounts of damage and can be significantly impactful during team fights.

You want to stay with your team at all times, making sure you are right at the back so you can keep using your spells and not worry about any enemies jumping onto you.

Make sure you do not get caught out by yourself, you don’t do well at all in a 1 vs 1 situation and you die very fast.

Overall Brand is a fun skill shot champion that can do a lot of damage. He can catch enemies off guard and burst them from 100 to 0 very quickly with his crowd control and damage from his abilities.
