Passive – Magic Master

Second skill – Space Escape

Harley quickly teleports in the specified direction, leaving a magical hat behind. This instantly boosts his movement speed for a short duration.

By using the ability again within four seconds, Harley can return to the location of the hat and cancel the speed boost.

Space Escape provides a convenient means for Harley to approach his target easily, allowing him to safely retreat once he has dealt significant damage or finished off his enemy. True to its name, this ability can also be used to escape from dangerous situations.

If an enemy is chasing Harley, he can utilize the increased movement speed to create as much distance as possible before returning to the hat. To further avoid pursuers, it is advisable to cast Space Escape from a bush when initiating an attack.

Ultimate – Deadly Magic

Harley possesses a powerful ability called Deadly Magic, where he conjures a ring of fire that engulfs an enemy hero. This deadly magic can also be blocked by other heroes, so be careful when casting it.

When the magic ring is present, it slows down the enemy hero for a short period and deals devastating magic damage. Additionally, while the ring remains, Harley can unleash his skills to strike the magic ring and inflict further damage on the enemy.

At the end of the duration, the magic ring explodes, causing a final burst of magic damage that includes a percentage of the enemy’s damage taken during that time.

To maximize the effectiveness of Deadly Magic, it is advisable to weaken the enemy’s HP to below half before casting it. This will greatly improve your chances of eliminating your target.

Keep in mind that this ultimate can be blocked if the enemy is surrounded by tanky teammates, so it’s crucial to ensure you are targeting the right enemy.

Furthermore, consider purchasing items like Glowing Wand and Feather of Heaven, as they can amplify the damage output of the explosion, taking into account not only the damage dealt by the enemy but also the damage inflicted by your equipment.

Lastly, to be accurate with your ultimate, utilize Hero Lock Mode and Skill Smart Targeting. These features will help you hit your intended target with Deadly Magic, ensuring maximum impact in battles.

To further increase your chances of eliminating your target with Deadly Magic, consider using Retribution or Flameshot to inflict additional damage. This additional damage will increase the likelihood that your enemy will perish upon the explosion of Deadly Magic.
